Less fidgeting, more fun: Trets. Our child-trailer super-trike recumbent-tandem module.Hop in the seat! Helmet? Check! Go! Solid handling around curves, tight turns, plenty of power for churning up slopes and down again with strong brakes to stop the action. The robust aluminum frame can keep up with the big trikes: with a generous 34cm (13”) seat height and a stable 75cm (30”) wheel width. And with 7-speed derailleur gears, the tiniest triker can take the hill with no help from Dad – shifting confidently with the twist shifter. Even the brakes are high-tech: Strong discs on the rear wheels translate into fun for the rider – and safety for the parents. With a drawbar and Weber coupling, the Trets can be hitched to any bike or trike – remove the front wheel and secure it to the mount, turn the fork, and hitch. The racing tot in the rear seat can pedal or snooze – strapped in with all the safety of a trailer.
