The Spirit is a good bike for everyday use. With front and rear suspension and a low entry,  a 16" front and 20" rear wheel, a seat height of 63 cm and a bottom bracket height of 58 cm stage the Spirit a comfortable citybike. The chair is easy on the frame tube to adjust to set the desired leg length. The Spirit is suitable for people of 150 - 200cm.
